Insurance Customer Service Representative (4-40 or 2-20)
Job Duties:
Provides excellent customer service to agents and policy holders in a moderate to high volume call center environment.
50 Calls per day on a minimum basis. Processes corrections or adjusts records when needed, following the appropriate company guidelines.
Reviews, organizes and forwards information to be escalated for resolution as needed.
Adheres to the established productivity and quality metrics established.
In this role, you may be required to work extended hours and weekends to support business operations during a catastrophe, such as a hurricane affecting Safepoint’s policy holders.
Critical Hiring Requirements
MUST have a 2-20 OR a 4-40
Min 2 years Customer Service Experience
Prefer: 1+ year of Property & Casualty Insurance experience in any capacity
