This session will address the challenges many adjusters face in understanding and applying the changing case law and statutory authorities in cases where full policy limits are at issue. Join the team, and gain the knowledge and strategies needed to navigate real-life scenarios, ensuring you can adeptly defend these claims in litigation.

Attendees will gain insight into cutting-edge tools our experts use to determine the cause and origin of a loss. They will also explore how comparing physical evidence to published research can reliably distinguish between relevant and unrelated damages (e.g., hail versus manufacturing defects). Finally, the session will highlight key areas to probe during depositions and site visits to help assess the validity of a claim—whether it’s grounded in fact or fiction.

Learn how to investigate and respond to property damage claims involving potential mechanical or human-caused damage. This course covers expert selection, inspection best practices, fraud indicators, and legal strategies when evidence of fraud arises.

As we mark the beginning of National Hurricane Preparedness Week, we’re thinking about more than flashlights and sandbags. We want to help our clients stay ahead – both in the field and in the courtroom. From strategic handling of first-party property cases to CE presentations, we’re in your corner before the storm even hits!
