ARTICLE IV
Amendment: PRESIDENT – shall be an Adjuster member and will preside at all meetings maintaining order and shall appoint all standing and special committees deemed necessary by the President and/or the membership and will chair all committees, and shall have such other authority customarily vested in a President including break any ties.
